Aus-Bond Primer, Grout and Mortar Latex Admix is a specially formulated, self-crosslinking latex acrylic additive for use as a primer for porous substrates prior to waterproofing, tiling or applying self-levelling mortars.
Aus-Bond Primer, Grout and Mortar Latex Admix can be used with cement based tile grouts to reduce water absorption, increase flexibility and help lock in colour. When used with cement based tile adhesives, Aus-Bond Primer, Grout and Mortar Latex Admix increases flexibility, promotes a permanent bond and increases water resistance.
Aus-Bond Primer, Grout and Mortar Latex Admix can also be used as an additive to patching mortars, renders and screeds, as a slurry bond coat when mixed with Portland cement or cement based tile adhesives, and as a primer prior to applying self-levelling mortars or waterproof membranes. Suitable for internal and external use. For best results do not dilute.
